I have had long hair all my life and then I chopped it all off up to the nape of my neck. I have layers in it also. It is really thick and has sort of an 's' shape curl to it.
I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas on different ways to fix it besides a flat iron and blow drying. Any ideas on pulling it up? I'm going to the beach soon and I want to look cute and don't really need for it to look overly done or anything... I would really appreciate the help!

Use a product like l'oreals spraying curls or springing curls. Scrunch your hair. it will be in cute waves and look real beachy. If you get it wet at the beach, just scrunch again.

for short hair, i think it looks really cute when the tips are curled outwards. with pulling it up, if its long enough you could get just the parts above your ears up and clip it back with a hair clip. if not, use bobby pins :)
