First of all get rid of the blue and the pink. If you must have a color choice a dark vivid red, it would go better with your skin. Second keep the feathered look, you look good in it. Ask you stylist to layer heavyly so it will have that ^bounce^ to it. Third get it cut to shoulder length first!! Cutting hair is easy but growing it takes a long time, and your stylist won't mind if you ask her to cut it a little shorter.
