I havce short hair and I take a clip that like snaps or bobby pins and pull back my bangs and if you dont have bangs you can do the same thing just dont pull it flat against your head or you'll look retarded

depending on how short it is. really short as in 2-3 inches long, bleach the ends and work in some styling gel that makes it piecey, or for a little longer hair, get a razor cut, bone straight, parted on the side, glossing product for ultra shine. Pretty.
