Heya!!

I have ultra short hair, think Mia Farrow style short hair.

It's nice and all but i do miss long hair, i just want it sweeping across my shoulders so not too long.

Does anyone know how i can grow natural hair, faster and healthier?

I heard of the Oshima hair treatment but i can't seem to find it.

Nothing makes your hair grow faster. Nothing. I'm a licensed cosmetologist and I know all of the chemistry. Trust me, there is nothing you can do to make it grow faster. If you want long hair it's either extensions or patience.

Basically just be really gentle with your hair. Dont straighten it very often or blow dry it (if you must keep it on low heat) Keep it well moisturized (deep conditioning helps a lot). Eat healthy (lots of Vitamin C like in citrus). Sleep a lot. Believe it or not being healthy can really help grow your hair

wash it every other day and get a small trim every three weeks, it makes it grow more.

I am a licensed cosmetologist too. And I believe that patience is the most important part in growing your hair out. That and don't forget to get trims. I know a lot of people who are growing their hair out do not like getting trims. But the healthy your hair is the more it will grow.
